While I have many positive things to say about the ambiance, décor, breakfast, and location, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff—especially the front desk team. Wojtek and Yuvinka went above and beyond at every opportunity. Always welcoming guests with genuine smiles and joyful energy, they were incredibly helpful with check-in, offering local directions, providing excellent recommendations, and even assisting with some unexpected work-related issues I encountered during my stay. As Anna Sewell once said, “It is good people who make good places.” This couldn’t be more true here. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. I’m already looking forward to returning. SZYMON
