Just returned from a 4 night stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough. In the most central location, turn left for the duoma, turn right for piazza della signoria, straight on for bars and restaurants in more residential areas. As soon as we arrived the front of house staff could not be more accommodating, they were so helpful and attentive with everything, nothing was a problem. The rooms were immaculate and maid cleaning was amazing our room was spotless everyday! The rooftop bar is what makes this 4 star hotel into a 5 star hotel for me, booking is advised from 5pm but after 9pm no need to book as relatively quiet. Amazing service, drinks, snacks and of course views of the whole of florence, just couldn't fault it. I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Florence, everything was flawless from start to finish.
