We stumbled upon this hotel by chance after a complete disaster at B&B Propilei di San Girolamo (a word of warning—avoid this B&B at all costs). What followed was a truly exceptional experience, thanks to Nathalie, Lisa, Suzy, Michele, and the entire team, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. Every staff member was polite, friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. The reception area was welcoming and immaculately clean, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. Towels and linens were crisp, fresh, and replaced daily. The housekeeping team was kind and accommodating, always ensuring everything was just right. Suzy, the main breakfast hostess, was attentive and efficient, promptly replenishing items as soon as they ran out. The breakfast selection was outstanding—everything you could possibly want was available, and all the produce was fresh and delicious. We are deeply grateful for the care and service we received throughout our stay. The location is also ideal—just a three-minute walk to Rimini Station and the historic centre, and within easy walking distance of the harbour and beach. We will definitely return to this hotel, and if anyone we know visits Rimini, this is the place we’ll wholeheartedly recommend. From Laura and Garry Collie (room 312)
