The staff at this hotel makes it a superior experience. They are beyond helpful and amazingly good at their job, ALL of them. I am actually a little frustrated I already paid for my hotel when I am here next, I would switch it to stay here. Rooms are clean, AC works excellent and the location is perfect. Easy to get to the metro/ subway as well. The neighborhood is excellent with the northern end of La Rambla one block away (less tourist trap like there). This is a great place to stay.
