I really enjoyed my stay at this historic hotel, that has been renovated and was originally built in 1935 to host train conductors. It's right next to the central rail station with metro, making it a perfect spot for easily getting around. I bought a 72 hour city pass for unlimited rail and metro upon arrival at the airport and took the train back and forth to the central station and M3/M4 metro trains to see the tourist sites. It's a smaller, cozy hotel of 30-40 rooms with a quaint lobby, 24/7 coffee, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a Superior King room with balcony (top 3rd floor) and enjoyed sitting outside and people watching. They had one of the best breakfast buffets I've enjoyed in a long time! They have pretty much anything you could imagine, with daily changing hot food items, fresh bread and pastries, fresh fruit, deli meats and cheeses, juices, coffee, & various milk options, plus yogurt, granola and other add-ons.
