Xuzhou Yunquan Hotel 

I stayed in this hotel four nights. It has been very comfortable. The room was large and very nice - contemporary style, with marble in the bathroom. Clean bed covers and sheets. Helpful staff that did their best despite the language barrier. There is an amazing 25 meters long pool. Excellent for training. There is also a nice "machine-training" room, for those who enjoy that. At the arrival at the desk at night, there was apparently a problem with my reservation. And there was suposedly no more rooms available in the economy class. The young lady was at first a bit rigid, relying on the information on the computer screen. After patient negociation they offered me an upgraded room, which was as I described above was very pleasant. There is a buffet for the breakfast offering a large seclection of chinese dishes, including vegetables, pastas, dumplings, eggs. Bread and cakes are also available for those who would feel a western style morning. The buffet is also available at night. Like most hotels in China, the matelas are rather hard. The matelas in my room was softer than many other hotels I have stayed at in China but it was on the hard side. It was nevertheless comfortable.
