I stayed just one night early 2020, everything was fine except the breakfast, 3 tiny pancakes with honey,and coffee, and water. 
I would have stayed longer but it just irritated me to know I was in for buying a decent breakfast elsewhere. I hope that they management has looked into this. 

Nice hotel 

I stayed at the hotel from April 1st to 4th, 2019.  This was my first visit to the country, after 41 years absence.  And the hotel staff made a  big difference, in a very positive way.
Management:- W/o Abeba was very helpful from the word go.  She  gave me a lot of advice, prior to my arrival, during my stay and at check out. She was there when I needed help.
Staff:- Front desk, Kitchen, Lounge & Security. (Israel, Mahder(Chef), Ayalew, Emebet to mention few) You are wonderful people. I am very grateful for all you have done for me.

The best stay for the price

Convenient location in Bole, though loud. Has a gym, which most hotels at this price point and in this neighborhood do not. The property is a bit older but had a suite with balcony and fridge. Did not include some helpful amenities like bottled water and mugs for the kettle. WiFi was spotty but worked well when it worked. Of note, DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS MADE ON EXPEDIA, so I had to make a very expensive call to call Expedia to get a refund. Also of note, credit card machine not always working, and in fact front desk had to call the bank to make things work. Staff very kind, and I felt safe as a single woman in the hotel.

· I very much enjoyed my stay at the Toronto Addis. I was in a room that they call a "small double" which was on the third floor (no problem for me but if you have mobility problems it could be difficult). It was very small and I felt that I was in a nicely appointed, protective cocoon. If you are two people, be certain that you are in love because it is really just for one person. The room was nicely appointed--pleasant decor and clean. The hotel is a very short distance from the main street which means that it is quieter. Along the main street here in the Bole district, there are shops, restaurants, bars, and even an excellent barber shop where I got a very inexpensive haircut. The staff was excellent--helpful and friendly. Also, you can pay by credit card without having to deal with terminals that do not work well. And the wifi was very good, operating consistently with only a few short breaks. I am looking forward to going back later during this trip

In a very pleasant cocoon!

Stayed 2 weeks in September. Simply unbeatable! Very clean, welcoming facility.
The owner and staff are very attentive to your needs but give you the distance you need,
Breakfast included and always great, they also serve lunch/dinner/drinks - these are for  the guests thus keeps the place quiet. services are geared towards your individual need, being flexible in meal times etc. Internet connection was very good. I was able to do my office work via VPN. There is space for parking if you need one. Area is ideally located to access usual amenities you need including banks, restaurants etc, steps away. Affordable complete gym (Yoli?) is just down the road.
This place gives you the best value for money, and is really home away from home.
The coffee ceremony served for guests on Maskal day shows how thoughtful the owner and staff are.

What a treasure!

The Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were need clean and tidy with homely feel. The bathroom had hot water, bath shower. Conveniently located to eateries grocery store and currency exchange. Excellent breakfast. The wifi worked. Booking a taxi was easy and on time. Hair dryer supplied. A lovely Hotel.

Worth Condisering

Absolutely the best!! It is located in a serene environment, which was very relaxing, the interior is elegantly designed and spotlessly clean.The staff are cooperative and extremely hospitable. They were very kind (and patient) to us, especially since we had small children with us. We really felt at home!!😭❤️❤️ Thank You very much, I will never forget this wonderful stay
