I've been traveling for nearly 4 years in Yingkou. I went to 3 major hotel. The Hualian Hotel is the most beautiful of them. Very well located downtown, super clean and quiet room, great food, with a well trained crew. Even if it is not easy to find English speaking people in a small town like Yingkou, the staff at the Hualian hotel will do everything they can satisfy your needs. With a Bank Of China ATM machine, you can do safe transaction within the hotel. If you ever stop there, ask for Wang Yi (Vicky) she has high skill English and she is probably the most professional manager i ever deal with in Yinkou.
