Chose this motel for its price and proximity to Jones Beach and Fishing Fleet at Captree State Park. Sure its definitely not the deluxe. Needs some work. Room was clean and spacious with good working a/c. Room had microwave and refrig. If you looked for fault you could find it but here again its not $200-300 a nite either. I wanted closeness to beach and fishing and that what I got. I would stay again. If you are the fussy type stay somewhere else.
