Chengfeng Green Water Resort

The Changfeng Green Water is just been opened a few months ago so it is still in pristine condition. 

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the chaos and noise of West street, yet far back enough to avoid the noise of the night clubs and hoards of people.

Great rooms and great breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel in November, we booked a package within China, which was unbelievably reasonable.
It appears that the reason was that it is a new hotel and they were in the throes of opening. We didn't eat there or use the bar as there were very few people staying on the nights we were there.  But again very clean hotel with very friendly staff.

It's in a good location on a main street but set back just a little, the views from the bedroom windows were stunning.

I'd like to go back when they're fully open.

The location is strategic-there is a night market just opposite the hotel (5 minutes walk). The room is clean and comfortable. All amenities provided. Parking limited. Free Wifi- YES. Breakfast - Good (but seats are limited). Overall, highly recommmende

New Hotel - amongst wonderful scenery

Strategic Location and satisfied

New Gem

We have booked two rooms two nights with this hotel. We checked in the hotel after 3pm and front desk has gave us two dirty rooms. Rooms were not clean and cleaning lady was still cleaning other rooms. We were shocked seeing those dirty room. We had to walk all the way back to front desk and asked for others rooms.  Front desk claimed there are no others rooms available and he downgraded our room to no balcony rooms. We had no choices but to accept it since everyone was tired after long trip especially we were traveling with early. But they were still charging us the same price.
This hotel does not have non smoking rooms. Rooms were pretty old and AC were not working well.
Overall, I will not recommend staying with this hotel.

Great location but staffs are not helpful 

Our first room was very oddly laid out (you literally had to walk through the bathroom to get to the bed) and smelled like smoke, but the hotel was accommodating and immediately moved us to a bigger and non-smoking room. The hotel is in great condition as it is relatively new, and it is in a great location. Just a few minute walk from West Street and in the heart of the action. It was a great price, so I was expecting to write a great review. 

However, upon check out, we were told they wanted to keep a small amount of our deposit (which of course could only be paid in cash) for a dirty towel. They speak no English and when we tried to communicate, they simply turned away or raised their voice in Chinese. It felt like such a scam! I'm not sure why use of a towel would qualify as a reason to deduct from a deposit. I tried to find anyone who could speak a little English to communicate between us and the hotel, since the hotel was basically just ignoring us as we stood there. When we finally did and they saw we weren't just going to be taken in this scam-like manner, they refunded us our money. Buyer beware.
