Had a wonderful 4 night stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful - will collect you from port and drop you back. They also made restaurant reservations for us. Room was great - good size with plenty of space for suitcases. Had a sitting area inside and outside. Shower a bit on the small side but fine for a few days. Rooms cleaned daily - shower products smelt beautiful. Great views of Kamares from the pool area where they also serve breakfast. Breakfast was great - options changed daily. Easy to walk to beach and village. Loved my stay and woukd highly recommend.

We didn't have high expectations as this was a 2 star hotel, however it was just simply charming. Family ran who were all very helpful and welcoming. Room immaculate and clean. Stunning sea view and sunset from a very large balcony. Breakfast basic but always something different to tuck into. Do not hesitate to book...beautiful experience.

Wonderful experience in a great position to reach Kamares town and Apollonia. The staff are particularly kind and helpful. Incredible cleaning. Don't miss the breakfast by the pool with sweet and savoury local products and the view of the bay

We stayed for 6 nights at Xerolithia Land at one of the suites with a plunge pool. A beautiful place to stay and the owners Dimitris and his wife are excellent, friendly hosts. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is too. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing. The room was spotless. Highly recommended x

We had a lovely stay at Xerolithia. Our apartment had a little balcony with sea view, always good service and a working air conditioner. The breakfast was really good, a bit different everyday and with a truly good cappuccino perfectly alright. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and nice. The only “problem” was the busy street but with closed windows and air condition manageable.

We had a great stay in this lovely place in Kamares, Sifnos. Rooms are basic but with a beautiful view over Kamares bay. The pool is very comfortable with the fantastic opportunity to admire great sunsets (almost unique in Sifnos).  Breakfast is nice with good choice between salty and sweet options. 
All this enhanced by the strong professionalità and courtesy of the owner.

Excellent service from the manager to the breakfast serving personnel. Great breakfast buffet and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean and we had the luxury of our own small pool. Stayed with my wife and 2 kids and we all loved the place. Definitely coming back. Parking space is available so no need to worry about that as in most islands.

Simple, tasteful rooms -some of them enjoying a beautiful panoramic view over the bay of Kamares- in a peaceful serene environment surrounded by a Mediterranean little garden. Easy access via the main road, beautifully situated so it is at an easy walking distance from the port and to the beach but far enough so it is calm and does not get noisy (please keep in mind though that we visited in mid-June which is not peak season).
The staff is very friendly and the service was very professional, yet with personal & true interest in the guests' enjoyment; we felt always at ease and pampered, especially by the lovely owner, Eirini. We also felt that we paid a fair price as the rooms might be simple but the services included breakfast (a selection of all basic items of continental plus some very nice local delicacies, fruit & veggies.
Highlights: the basic but nice rooms, the comfortable bedding, the serene environment and the pergola-shaded breakfast terrace by the pool. Also, the hotel offers outdoor parking within its premises. 
We would definitely come back!

Firstly I need to echo others and agree the view from the balcony is amazing.
The hotel bills itself as boutique hotel but I definitely wouldn’t call it boutique!
The pool and view again are amazing and whilst we only went to the pool to cool off after being at the beach we could have easily spent time there and there is a small snack and drinks menu. 
The breakfast was fine, however when I asked for another Americano (3rd one as they were small) I was told only 2 are free!They do coffee from a flask but that’s pretty undrinkable.
Our room was ok and the air-con was excellent. The bathroom as many have said was tiny. The fridge was indeed old and very noisy at night when trying to sleep. There was also no kettle in the room or iron, and again boutique hotels I have stayed at definitely had them.
The main letdown as such was the bizarre maid service. Whilst the room was attended to everyday we were never sure (apart from putting the rubbish out) what had been done, as at times the bed sheets were just thrown over the bed and on one occasion the bedding was left for us to make the bed up, again not very boutique. The bed was also very lumpy and old. To add to this the shutters never closed properly so it was very bright as 0600 in the morning, and as the balcony had zero shade it was pretty much impossible to sit out on in the morning, which was a shame.
It is in a great location and the views are to die for, nothing was awful but just small things let it down.

Very clean, lovely family couldn’t do enough for you. Picked us up from port.. great breakfast.. very clean amazing views if you are poolside. Short walk to restaurants…
Little disappointed on our room.. very basic and small. No kettle, coffee etc.. shower jel not replaced.  Shower was  disastrous flooded everywhere.
BUT we would definitely come back as such a lovely position and staff amazing. Just need to book a bigger room with a sea view 👍
