We spent a week in apartment B201 also known as Jazzy Pelican.
Extremely handy for the outstanding beach the accommodation is very well equipped with all the comforts you need for a good holiday. Two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen/lounge area. The condos have a lift from the car park.
It is about a 2 mile drive up to Times Square but we found an excellent breakfast restaurant about a mile down the road in the opposite direction.
We really do recommend these apartments based on our experience here this week.

View of the Gulf from the front, a park across the street with bathrooms . The place was spotless, great kitchen, room for 6, and Publix 2 doors down .We walked to dinner rode the trolley back and enjoyed the sun and sand. Fun beach feel in this place we will be back next year for sure.....

Absolutely beutiful place on Ft. Myers beach.   We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had all of the amentities you need.  Very clean with lots of storage for all of your stuff.  We stayed on the 3rd floor and had great view of ocean and nightly sunsets.  Other nice features on site is that they had 2 big gas grills located on main floor that anyone an use.  This worked well as we walked the 1 minutes next door to the local grocery store to buy food and cook on grill for the nights we didn't go out to dinner.  Condo also came with its own beach chairs which was a nice feature and they had beach umbrella's also for us.   Beach is right across the street.  

My kids normally aren't beach kids but ocean was relatively warm and full sand bottom so we ended up swimming in ocean every day.   Early in morning and at nights kids love to go back down to beach to go shelling.  There were thousands of shells daily that they enjoyed picking and bringing back to condo.

Pool was a little small for my liking, but was heated very warm and the pool area was always clean and very quite.  Just so you know pool is only 3-4ft deep.  

Location of place is about 3 miles from main downtown area.  Only reason I mention this is because if you want to go downtown at night for dinner plan on leaving 1 hr early as that is how long it will take you to travel this at around 5:00.  Later in evenings (after 8) it is 5 minutes, but at dinner time everyone that came to beach for day is trying to get off of the island causing huge traffic downtonw.

Only recommendation we would have for the owners is to install hooks all around house on every door to hang wet towels.  Rooms or doors had no hooks so we found ourselves laying them all over chairs, etc. to dry.

Owners were very resposive.  We had a TV out in one of the bedrooms when we arrived and when we called within 1 hr they had someone there to fix it.  

Great, Great Vacation and rental.   I would surely return here.  Thank you!!!

Also convenient for the supermarket with Publix only 100m walk. The only restaurant within walking distance is the Bayfront Bistro which is about 200m. The lack of places to eat within walking distance is the only real thing to complain about. On the plus side, you get peace and quiet here.
We stayed in B102, a 2-bed/2-bath condo. Lounge area with 3-seat sofa, 1-big armchair and cable TV, WiFi (also works next to the pool).
Kitchen with all appliances and separate washing machine and dryer.
Recently decorated to a high standard, good quality furniture and bedding, plenty of fresh towels available and spotlessly clean when we arrived (and left of course !).
Pool area very clean with areas of shade to escape the sun if you need to. A few plants around the pool would liven the area a little.
Everything you need for a family for a week's holiday. 
If you enjoy long walks on the beach this is an ideal place to stay. Cross over Estero Blvd. and you're on the beach and turn right, walk for an hour and you're at the pier. Turn left and you can walk for a couple of hours and you're at Lover's Key.

Great Family Vacation!!

B201 whitecap condo

Just returned from a 1 wk stay in a 2 bedrm unit;  if you choose to stay here, hope & pray that you never have to deal with the owner, Gary!  We were locked out of the unit when we arrived after 8pm on our first night.  After dozens of unsuccessful attempts, we contacted Gary for help (we thought he was just the maintenance man, DID NOT KNOW HE WAS THE OWNER!!). He was horrible; raised his voice & told me I didn't know what I was doing & that the lock had worked that afternoon.  I was tired after traveling 15 hrs and told him so, I also said not to yell at me as "I'm not his wife"! I couldn't help it! He had told me that he didn't like my tone of voice, and that "I needed to be quiet or he would hang up on me and there would be no one else to help us". Nice. After many more futile attempts, with his instructions, he finally said he'd be there in about an hour & hung up on me.  Thankfully, I continued my efforts & got in the unit on my own. I promptly called him back to tell him so & had the pleasure of hanging up on him.  Not my finest moment surely but what a horrible way to start a trip! This man obviously dislikes people and therefore is in the wrong business! The unit itself is nice enough but had terribly dirty cushions & pillows on both the couch & love seat. It was otherwise clean. The beds were so old & soft that you feel as though you're sleeping in a cereal bowl when you lay on the mattresses. If you like soft you're in luck then! The worst thing was some sort of loud "banging/clunking" noise (almost like a giant compressor or something...?) that pounds relentlessly below the unit day, and mostly, at night.  It was so frustrating! Not sure if it has to do with the elevator below the unit or mechanics for the pool...? The location directly across the street from the beach access is great especially if you are trying to beat the traffic on FMB. That's what's tricky about this review: the owner probably doesn't have to be civil because he knows that he has a decent property compared to many in this area, but it's hard to recommend it because of the bad feelings I have because of our exchange.  I've heard that other renters have had run-ins with him too.  If you have a choice, find another place to stay.  The minuses outweigh the pluses for this property!
