Why? One Word. Roberto! The property manager. The place is immaculate for a small island. It is near the airport and has all the amenities. Restaurant, perfect pool, drinks, dock, boats, golf carts, bikes and more. But it really is about the attention to detail that Roberto and his team pours into the property and guests. Weezie's is the best and so is Roberto. Stay there once and you'll come back and after a few trips, I guarantee you'll write a review like this one.

Best place to stay in Caye Caulker. Period

Our first visit to Weezies and we went because we were tired of big resorts. Boy, are we glad we did. Beautiful little place. What really impressed is that management thought of 100 little things that showed you they knew what they were doing, and they really stay on top of things. We stayed in one of the buildings at the waterfront, not the garden cottages. The room was spacious, clean and kept that way by housekeeping. Very charming. It was an efficiency and was very well-apppointed: full size fridge and stove, kettle, toaster, blender, etc. Bottled water is recommended in Belize and on the kitchen counter in our room was a five-gallon jug of distilled water. The building was steps to the restaurant which serves simple, delicious food. Lunch and dinner are generally fish, shrimp or chicken served about eight different ways, from a curry chicken sandwich to grilled fish to shrimp alfredo.The nice thing about that is you know the food is fresh. Tip: for drinks try the Weezies cooler 😉. The loungers on the pier were solid wood and the chair pads were in great shape. The steps from the pier down to the ocean bottom were scrubbed weekly so they don't get too slimy and slippery. By the way, when we were there there were no"chair hogs" - you know the type of guest at big resorts who comes out at 7am, puts their towels on the "best" chairs so no one else can sit there and disappears for hours🙄? Yeah, there are none of those people at Weezies. Connectivity was seamless - great wifi throughout. Fire TV in your room so if you have Netflix/AppleTV/Youtube/etc. there's lots to watch. Take out a 7-day-trial and you're all set. Thanks to "Ashkar" and "Not Ashkar" for not signing out of their Netflix account before we arrived 😁. We had issues with our AC and our safe - no big deal. The AC was fixed in 10 minutes and the safe in 5. Food and drink prices at Weezies are moderate - pretty much the same you'd pay in town, which is about a 15-minute walk. Not that there's much to do in town. On Caye Caulker you can eat, sleep, fish, snorkel or scuba. We slept.  

Amazing Restful Place

Wow! It's hard to sum up the sheer brilliance of Weezies Hotel in just a few words. This place and its incredible staff went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and welcoming smiles of everyone we encountered made us feel at home. It's got the elegance, cleanliness, and charm of a 5-star resort, but the cozy, personal touch of a family-owned boutique hotel—and that's exactly what it is!

And let's talk about Caye Caulker itself! This island paradise is a dream. The laid-back vibes, the stunning views, and the overall relaxed atmosphere—it's like time slows down here. Exploring the streets filled with colorful houses, the local shops, and the delicious food spots—it's a traveler's haven.

We stayed at Weezie's on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. Our spot in front of the main pool was pure perfection. It's away from the town's hustle and bustle, offering a serene and relaxing experience. Renting bikes from the hotel was a brilliant idea and a fantastic way to explore the island at our own pace. And the fact that they also offer kayaks and paddle boards was a delightful bonus!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Weezie's was the epitome of relaxation, and without a doubt, we'd love to go back! It's the perfect sanctuary for a serene and rejuvenating getaway. Can't wait to return!

Sherlett is the massage therapist for Weezies and her massage is like sweet honey! It’s very focused on areas you need and yet she also massages your whole body and it’s heaven! She came to my room. Set up promptly. Highly professional and definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Weezie's was an amazing place to stay during our trip to Caye Caulker. Upon our arrival at the airport, Danika greeted us with a golf cart to take us to Weezie's, just a short trip down the road. She also gave us a property tour and we met Mr. Roberto, another staff member. I cannot say enough good things about this resort and the staff. Everyone working at this establishment is so lovely and nice and met all of our requests. We dined at the restaurant multiple times and enjoyed our experience there as well. There are bike rentals available and we enjoyed taking them into the town, about a 10 minute bike ride. The pools at the resort are amazing and so is the dock. Danika was especially great in making our stay so amazing. I highly recommend Weezie's to anyone traveling to Caye Caulker.

Weezie's is the Perfect Caye Caulker Getaway

My husband and I stayed for a week, and we loved it! The grounds are very well maintained, and it is evident that the people who work at Weezie's take a lot of pride in the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We did the full day snorkeling tour and it was wonderful! Our guide Xander was very knowledgeable about the best locations to snorkel and taught us about different kinds of sea life we could see. The staff at Weezie's restaurant were so polite and accommodating. Great food and great drinks!! The housekeepers came every morning (not too early) to see if we needed anything and would clean our room. The beach is gorgeous, and the pier with the lounge chairs was one of the best places to relax on the whole island. Weezie's was also super close to the small airport (we walked there and it was so easy, even with our luggage.) I appreciated that Weezie's was a tiny bit away from the "center" of the village, but not so far that we couldn't walk or bike easily. In fact, we didn't use a golf cart even once. We rented the bikes from Weezie's for the whole week and it was one of my favorite things about this vacation. It's so relaxing to bike down the beach or the dirt road and get a fresh seafood dinner and a cocktail. Our room was the small studio, which didn't have an ocean view, but in my opinion, it wasn't necessary because we could just walk a few steps to the beach and enjoy the view. We used our nice patio with tropical plants and two chairs to have morning coffee or a nightcap. We were also very thankful for the large jug of water in our room and we refilled our water bottles multiple times per day. I would highly recommend Weezie's to anyone visiting Caye Caulker!

Beautiful! Perfect place to stay on Caye Caulker!

We spent three lovely days on Caye Caulker.  Weezies was a wonderful place, nice and quiet but only a ten minute walk to the main town with its restaurants, shops and activities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful on all our queries. We took advantage of their restaurant on a few occasions and the meals were all delicious. The loft suite we stayed in was very comfortable. The grounds are all super well maintained including the lovely pool and the beautiful water front/ beach setting.

Caye Caulker provides a beautiful, laid back holiday in Belize.  And the best place to stay on Caye Caulker is Weezies!  Located on the quiet end of the island, but just a few minutes from all the action, Weezies is an immaculate, well appointed boutique resort that provides all the amenities of a tropical beach vacation.
Modern, clean, well appointed, with all the necessities, the best thing about Weezies are the people! From Roberto the Manager, to Anna, the restaurant Manager, to Jocelyn, to John, to Iliana, to Sulvin, to the housekeeping staff, there is not a more friendly and accommodating hotel staff to be found.  When you arrive, you immediately become a member of their family!  Whatever you need is provided with a smile and great conversation.
We will return to Weezies again and again.

Great place and Great massage

This place was a beautiful oasis on Caye caulker. Close to everything but tucked away on a quiet dock. The staff was unbelievably helpful and very pleasant to chat with especially since I was traveling solo. Nicole, behind the bar, was very helpful and I great to talk to each morning over coffee. Her rum punch is out of this world!  Also, my friends saw my social media and liked it so much they decided to book the penthouse suite as well and will be coming in a month for their 10th honeymoon.
