I had a really enjoyable stay at Carlton Downtown Hotel while visiting Dubai as a Travel Counsellor for ATM. The hotel is in a very convenient location on Sheikh Zayed Road, making it easy to get around Dubai, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. A special mention to Raphael, the restaurant manager his professionalism and genuine approach really stood out and made the dining experience feel personal and well looked after.
