Waldhotel Davos for body & soul in Davos deserves all good reviews that I had read before I stayed there, and mine is no exception. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and the people, who work at this great hotel, are highly professional, friendly and very caring. On the day of my arrival I was upgraded to a larger room with a bath tub. The room was spacious, housekeeping worked very well, they keep the place spotless. Comfortable matrass provides good night sleep. Special thanks to kitchen stuff, waters and the gentleman, who runs the bar, for their efforts to satisfy their guests. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, had a variety of different items, including made to order omelets, different fresh fruit salads, yogurt, etc. It is served in a beautiful dining room with white linen tablecloths on the tables. It has a feel of a country club, at least I felt that way. It was a pleasure to have my morning meals there. Another great feature of this hotel is a SPA with a nice swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Excellent way to relax after a day of sightseeing or hiking. Once again, many thanks to the management and dedicated staff who work at this great hotel. I spent 8 days there as a solo traveler and always felt well taken care of. I will be back some day.
