Dobogoko is a special place, near to Budapest (1 hour by car or on a direct bus), the highest point of the romantic rocky Pilis hills and its National Park. This casual hotel is a 10-minute walk from the ski area. Simple, clean rooms with en-suite bathroom, recently all renovated, good prices, very nice people at all offices, very good, healthy, but still Hungarian style food. Cable TV,, view on the forest, no traffic around free parking. Kids under 2 stay free. Breakfast buffet, nice restaurant with park views. We had a conference, there are 3 conference rooms, big, middle, small. I did not have any table in my room, asked if they have one, and when I returned after the lunch, there was one. Some little problems: no bedside lamp, etc. they wrote down when we left. I stayed there 3rd time, will return.
