Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. The spa facilities will be temporarily closed for renovation and will remain closed until the end of September 2025. The hotel has arranged a temporary treatment room available for bookings from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM daily. Additionally, a complimentary outdoor jacuzzi can be reserved at the Wet Deck, subject to availability.
For guests affected by the closure of the spa facilities, they will be provided two drink vouchers upon request, which can be utilized at specified outlets and times mentioned on the voucher.

Torno Subito restaurant will be closed from November 30 to December 5, reopening on December 6.
