Villas du Voyageur

If you are visiting Praslin, make sure you book to stay at Villas Du Voyageur - it really is your own little piece of Seychelles paradise. There are two villas on site. Our villa was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite, plus large living/dining/kitchen area, then opening onto a covered terrace which overlooks luscious natural gardens and a path down to your private beach (which is good for wading in the shallows, or with reef shoes, being able to walk out to deeper water) - sunsets were beyond anything you will have seen elsewhere. Dealing with Marcel, from pre-visit communication, to meet-and-greet upon arrival, was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and the goal was always to make our stay more enjoyable. Some extra special points of difference - welcome coconuts on arrival, a guest pass to access nearby resort with an amazing beach (probably the best beach on the island), car parking on site, some fresh produce grown on site left for us to enjoy, resident tortoises and the seclusion to make it feel like you were on your own desert island. Without question we would recommend, and hopefully we will be able to return one day in the future, and next time, stay longer! Do yourself a favour - book to stay at Villas du Voyageur.
