It is a beautiful hotel located near the nightclubs which are very well known, so in the middle of the night there will be no calm and this is fun for some
It also has varied, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and also a bit big
The restaurant is small but varied and the pizza is great too
The pool feels like being in a very quiet forest as you swim, jasmine flowers fall, it was a great experience
I recommend it to young people more

It is the best place where you can enjoy the beauty of Hamamet ! the swimming pools are clean,the rooms are well decorated and tidy. the stuff are all kind and delivered a great customer service. The food is unbelievably delicious. A big thank you to Mr .Jaafar the director who took care of every single detail to guarantee our satisfaction ! you rock ma man! Thanks one more time!

The name charmy is completely suitable for this hotel. It is the oasis of the peace and calm. The staff of the hotel are more then gentle ,after few days they threat you like a part of the family.
Lovely mini apartments,with the view on the pool and big sunny terraces.

It seems that we were the only customers in the hotel. We requested to stay on the upper floor and we got a room on the 4th floor. I am not sure but I think half of the building is abundant... We had a cooker and cutlery and pans in the room but everything was so old that we were afraid to touch the things. The cooking plates were actually rusty! It was not possible to pay with a credit card, even though it is said on the booking confirmation that you can do it. Strange hotel... 5 km from Hammamet city center and 5 km from Hammamet Jasmine, a couple of km from any decent place, where you can get food. Oh no, there is one restaurant close by but we did not eat over there. The hotel is pretty close to the beach but does not have a private beach... but has a pool though.

Strange hotel, very old facilities, no direct beach

We stayed during October half term, Hammamet was quite quiet which was great for our family with 2 small kids. We rented a 3 bedroom villa with a terrace by the pool. Lovely an spacious, air con in the bedrooms and living room, but the bathrooms were a bit tired and could do with re-decorating. The villa overall was a decent 3 star standard, basic but clean and large.

The outside area was very pretty, with an excellently maintained garden, good size clean pool and adjacent baby pool (not a hot tub!!). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and some spoke english. The hotel restaurant was of a good standard and well priced, and the staff were more than happy to bring meals to the villa as we had the kids in bed.

There is one major problem though, about 100m away is a large open-air night club which starts at midnight and goes full blast until 4am!! There's very little the hotel can do about it, all the rooms and villas are affected. We found if we put the air con on in every room on maximum fan setting, then the ensuing hurricane more or less blocked out the music and we were able to sleep!

The beach isn't attached to the hotel, it's a 10 minute walk, and we found we preferred the beach at the Port Yasmine as there were a number of decent restaurants nearby and an excellent gelateria called Canari.

Overall it's friendly, nice hotel, at a good price with a bad noise problem!

Overall very nice, BUT BEWARE THE NOISE!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and always helpful. Dinner in the restaurant downstairs is a must.Breakfast was a big let down. Really bad quality pastries and bread and horrendous coffee - it was luke warm at best. At night the club down the road is very loud. However if you're a deep sleeper or pack a pair of war plugs, you'll be fine.
