The villa is up a very narrow road but after a few times you get used to it! You really need a car to access. Corinna made us feel so welcome on our arrival for 7 nights with homemade lemonade and also on our departure with her limoncello. The rooms were beautiful; lovely beds and linen. Showers were great and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was a bonus. We used our terrace every night and on one occasion the amazing terrace on top of the castle turret. The views were amazing. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. The swimming pool and garden area are very well kept. It is a very quiet area with amazing views on both sides. Corinna is very helpful with travel arrangements and knowledgeable about places to visit. We visited Capri, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Amalfi and Positano and still had one day by the pool. You pass the La Fucina restaurant on the way. We visited a few times. Service and food was like Fawlty towers but it was cheap and the sparkling red wine and pizzas are great. It is definitely the best place we have ever stayed and Corinna is the best hostess we have ever had. We will definitely be returning in a cooler month to explore the rest of the Amalfi coast.
