We have just returned from this hotel which is a little slice of heaven. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff who made this the most incredible holiday for us. The hotel is beautiful with clean rooms and fantastic cleaning staff. The dining area was spotlessly clean and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared. The staff in the restaurant were so kind to us throughout and they work so very hard. Thank you to the restaurant manager for always being so lovely to us. The staff at the little bar areas work so hard too and were always gracious and accommodating. Big thank you to Roberto who keeps the pool area clean and keeps everyone happy with their loungers. He works tirelessly and is always nice to everyone! Our holiday would not have been nearly as good without Carla. Carla is the entertainment person for Villa Gale and she is pure infectious joy and positivity. Her energy is incredible- from leading aqua aerobics to leading evening entertainment for us. Thank you, Carla - you made our stay! Seriously, it wouldn’t be the same without you. This is our second holiday to this hotel and we returned because of the wonderful staff, the beautiful food, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The only downside is that we won’t see the rest of the world now. Goodbye, Paris! Goodbye, Rome! It’s Santa Cruz for us from now on. We so hope to return! With thanks from Clare, Peter and Cece. X
