Only ever stayed at surf side across the road, Dockside is much bigger and very transient with a busy lobby so check in queues can be quite long ,you may have to wait upto 20 mins, there is a large restaurant and bar, rooms are clean towels changed daily and beds made 2 large pools so no problems with beds and both have bars , the strongpoint is the universal park buses which are plentiful and will get you to the parks quickly and early entry
