What a find this was, best shower pressure in all of SriLanka, very good rooms with many charging points, amazing wooden chairs to sit and a very comfortable bed. The balcony is also great, the beach is a 15 minute walk through the main restaurants and nightlife which Unawatuna has to offer. There is nothing to dislike, apart from the fact that there were power cuts (SriLanka is in a tough situation and there are power cuts everywhere). We planned our day in such a way that we were out during the power cuts. Hotel is great but Unawatuna was dissapointing TBH.
