Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The food was delicious with a great variety of fresh dishes, and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Guest Relations Manager Irina. She truly made our vacation unforgettable. Irina is incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about every guest. She was always available to answer our questions, help with any request, and make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her warm attitude, positive energy, and exceptional customer service deserve the highest praise. She is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her we felt truly valued and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. We will definitely return again and hope to see Irina and the wonderful team in the future.
