Valet service was awesome, front door men, awesome. Pool and beach area exceptional. If you were looking for a low-key hotel in South Beach, but with the luxury, this is your stay. Housekeeping was honestly the best in my opinion. They were so accommodating and took care of me like they were part of the concierge service. The food at their Mediterranean/Lebanese restaurant was absolutely delicious.They offer complementary champagne in the evening, welcoming you with a crispy glass. Perfect boutique style hotel for a Ritz Carlton. Highly recommend!
