Very nice stay at Homestead. Clean and comfortable with an awesome backyard grass area with Fire Pit, games, and beautiful Mountain View.

Very beautiful setting in a cute town famed for its Palisade Peaches!

This hotel was the best one we stayed in over our month trip in the US. Real care has been taken decorate the rooms in a fresh and modern way.The owners have really considered the customer, with a proper filter coffee machine , fresh ground coffee, and an ice maker. Lots of plug and phone sockets next to the beds. The room was spacious, and very comfortable. The only slight niggle was the walls were quite thin and we could clearly hear the conversation our neighbour had on the phone in his room but luckily he was quiet the rest of the time and didn’t disturb our stay.It has parking for your car right outside and is very convenient for Palisade. It had a lovely family feel and was clearly cared for.  There is a little patio area at the back of your room which is south facing (well for rooms 1 to 5 I believe). There is a wood fire area you are encouraged to use and a nice decking area as well.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! Our room was cozy, clean, and cute . We highly recommend!!!

The Homestead is truly a gem! The room was updated, clean, quiet, and amenities galore were available. The owners provided detailed information about our check-in process which was so appreciated. It was communicated numerous times that if there was anything we needed to just to reach out and ask. Thank you for that personable touch that is so hard to find these days. We will definitely return after such a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at this lovely Inn. It’s just on the edge of Palisade, across from the river. Wonderful king bed, nice back area with corn hole and a fire pit. The rooms are spotless, thoughtful and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Real treat of a stay.

The Homestead is such a warm and welcoming gem!  The owners Cody and Mike welcomed us with the luxury touches--mini ice machine and delicious ground coffee!!--as well as with a warm greeting.  It felt like staying at an old inn or guest house, except for all the modern touches.  The bedding, towels and housewares in the kitchenette made us feel like we were in a 5 star in the middle of peach farm country!  We can't wait to be back!

Clean, cozy and enjoyable! I chose to stay here to support a family owned business as opposed to a hotel chain. I requested the addition of flowers and local goodies so I could surprise my husband. The owners did a great job with the request and it made our stay even more special. The only drawback, which the owner is aware of and working on, is that noise travels between the units. If you have loud kiddos or like your music or TV loud in the morning, please be considerate of others. If you relish quiet and privacy, speak softly and bring ear plugs. You’ll be comfy in the bed, the shower is spacious, the AC is great on those hot Palisade days, and in the evenings you can enjoy a relatively private patio and have a drink or smoke. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home and the in-room ice machine was a huge help with beating the heat. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean, a bit loud, local owners are great

This is really an amazing property that I very much enjoyed my short stay at. The town is incredibly quaint and the surroundings are gorgeous. They did an excellent job with the rooms and I was very happy with the stay. The staff/owners were extremely helpful and accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

One night stay on our way home to Denver and what a welcome surprise staying at The Homestead! First off, what a cozy place! Everything is so fresh and crisp from the excellent bedding and comfortable bed to the water-yes it comes from a reservoir in the mountains nearby! The back porch has a nice view with a firepit which is a perfect way to end a long travel day. We will definitely be back; especially to enjoy it in the summertime to do some wine tasting and peach sampling!
