The Heartland Inn Bed & Breakfast

Normally I shy away from B&Bs. However, im glad made accommodations at this one. This place was extra clean, Run by a very friendly lady that makes a great breakfast . Attention was given to my requests regarding my allergies so I could enjoy my food. The room in this B&B had themes. My room had separate washroom, just like a regular hotel or motel. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan with black lights, and the northern stars painted on the slope of the ceiling. A comfortable queen sized bed, a pull out sofa bed, Other rooms were just as exquisite with various themes. The Heartland In is set back off the road in a nice rural setting. Quiet but secure. Almost felt like home , except at home I have to make my own bed and breakfast. I have to say that my only other option in then Thorsby area was upstairs at the local bar. Being in town for a local event, there were others that stayed upstairs at the bar and from what I heard of the place.... I was afraid to even stop in and look. If traveling in Thorsby area in Alberta.... You will not regret staying at this B&B , even if like me you have a tendency to avoid them. Compliments to the owner and staff of the HeartLand Inn , Thorsby Alberta. If I'm ever in the area again , I would not hesitate... Next time, I want the Homestead room :-)
