The Flying Pig Downtown Youth Hostel 

Great place to be, I am a smoker and at 56 decided my first time abroad was going to be Amsterdam, Looking through the various hotels and hostels, I chose (the pigy) the flying pig downtown, The 2 mane reasons were the smoke room, and location. However been the last time I was In a hostel I was in the scout's as a kid, so as a mature man in a shared room, I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect, there was no need for the nervousness, the people were so respectful of each other, and my belongings were safe. The staff are so accommodating and helpful, the people in the smoke room were so friendly and chilled,,,, The location could not be better every shop just in that one street that you could ask for and some, The Beds comfortable and clean, Amenities nice and clean. Breakfast was good verity of food drinks and fruit. I am most definitely going back this year and am looking forward to it so much,
