Facilities are immaculate, Beautiful setting. Staff are wonderful and rooms are perfect.
The premises are very secure and convenienly located to many parts of Accra/shopping/Airport, etc. Although I didnt use it for this purpose,I have seen many beautiful weddings at this hotel!! They put on a wedding like nothing I have seen before!

I stayed at Tesano Royale for 2 nights because of a friend's wedding that took place there as well. The environment was simply the best. The rooms are large and neat. Their services were simply the best. Their garden is a nice area to have a reception and their event planners are there to assist you to have the best wedding, reception, party, whatever you can think of. 
All I can say is just experience them and see...

Great place to stay, fairly quiet, nice beds with clean linen and blankets. Breakfast inl the morning with tea and coffee, very tasty!  I'm from the USA and this was the closest I felt to home while visiting Accra. Only  2 drawbacks were we paid the heftier price for the benefit of having the internet but after several power outages, we couldn't get on the internet afterwards which was a disappointment. We paid as 2 guests in the room but were only offered breakfast for 1, with additional charge for a second meal? We paid $70 US dollars, should of included 2 breakfast meals.  Really enjoyed our stay overall, planned to stay just 2 nights but ended up staying for 3. Definitely recommend this hotel :)

I stayed in this hotel around April 2104. They called to stock my room with my preferred drinks when I was out, and the staff were courteous. I'm going back to this hotel anytime I am in Ghana, form the stand point of the place being discrete and up to par with some of the finest hotels I know.
