Only thing i didnt like the bar/ kitchen was only open on weekends but the owner explained they was a new business and was expanding as well . But i loved it and she gave a discount for next stay . It was a safe fun experience . Gated security 24/7 , staff was great ,food was good and rooms were clean. Will come back !

Our stay was amazing. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Did I mention free room snacks? We'll return for sure.

The room was impeccably clean! There was no one around for service, nor bar or restaurant open. That was a little disappointing. Also, you are in the flight path and it is loud all night. Overall, very clean and comfortable for a short stay.

The property itself is well updated and fine. However, it's comically close to the airport, not walkable to anything and the outdoor furniture smells like cat pee. None of that is the hotel's fault! But it's a mediocre place to stay for those reasons. If you are a light sleeper, there's no way you can sleep through the flight noise. The restaurant/bar also has a super limited menu and hours, so don't count on getting fed well there.

The reviews I read were accurate. It’s in an older area of town and you can hear the planes. But it was very clean and the outside areas were very nice, clean and comfortable. The employees were fabulous!!!Great instructions for late check in. The young girl that waited on for breakfast also did the checkout. I can’t spell her name but started with an L. Lovely young lady. Helpful, friendly and sweet. I’d definitely stay there again.

Check-in is a nightmare if you arrive after 12am! Customer service horrible, out 10 I will give it 0! The lady at the bar she look annoyed when we went to order breakfast no good at all! The shower doesn’t drain and toilet did not flush at all! Not a good experience to be in PR for the first night!

Very nice place. The service was great. People are very friendly. The restaurant and Bar area is very pleasant.

Our flight to San Juan was 4 hours late so we arrived much later than we had planned, so our stay was short. The property is hidden but nice. There is no reception desk or area for that and after hours you need codes, which is fine as they emailed that to us. There is no elevator, which is rough with a large bag and 3rd floor room. All in all, we really liked it and wish our stay had been longer. Oh yea, one other thing is that it is directly under the flight pattern for the airport and around 4 am the planes starting coming in.
