It is a great spot to stay and is in a beautiful location.  The staff were responsive, helpful and friendly.  They have an outdoor fire pit on the roomy front deck and there is outdoor seating that has a Mountain View!  Would definitely stay there again.

The mountain Vista is a gem! Great staff,  clean,  excellent continental breakfast and ideally, for us, away from the downtown area.  We found the quiet location just outside of town nice and also convenient.

Staff were all very kind and informative!

It was a lovely place.. room very clean. Only note.. there is no elevator so taking all of our luggage upstairs was a big challenge. The drive into West Yellowstone is about 10ish miles which we were fine with. Would stay again if a first floor room was guaranteed.

I was told to go to the back end of building to enter and it wasn't well lit.  Also the back door is unlocked allowing anyone off the street to enter. The carpet on stairs could use cleaning.  I booked at least 2 months in advance but yet was given a room upstairs and I think it was only because it was later when we checked in.  The room was clean and the bed slept well. The breakfast had several options for continental.

Attractive lobby, friendly staff welcomed us on a somewhat late arrival. Room clean, nicely decorated if a bit small. Nice bathroom.  Numerous items available for an included breakfast though no cooked eggs, etc. Pretty location about 6 miles outside West Yellowstone though rain and low clouds limited views.

Stayed for two nights for Yellowstone.  Not too far from West Yellowstone but still need to drive in for meals and such (8-10min).  Rooms are nice and clean for motel.  Note that there is no elevator which was a not a problem for us but for some with more luggage or mobility issues, request first floor.  Breakfast area is too small for number of guests.  Offering very basic which is fine and at least is available.  Beds are comfortable.  Right next to KOA which has a small convenience store for simple stuff if needed.

Booked this at the last minute as we where at the end of our vacation and needed a spot close to the airport.  Price was great and beds comfy. Bkft was as expected. We could walk to a convience store and grill. So it was all good. Only complaint was the hotel ran out of soap. We used the shampoo for handwashing and shower.

Decent room, breakfast included, 7 miles from West Yellowstone i.e. a 6 minute drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Lying in is not an option, since the downstairs back door starts slamming shut regularly from then on (some people want to arrive at the national park before the masses...and behave like the bison they wish to see). Small bathroom and tiny sink. All mod cons, though, not cheap but reasonable considering the location.

It's a great property although they won't clean your room unless you stay 7 days or more. After 4 days ours needed it! Nice refrigerator, comfy bed, overall pretty good room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. One thing very important; it's located 7.5 miles from town so if you want to eat out, shop, need major grocery items, it sucks. They do have a little store for minor goods, crappy food items and ice at $5 a bag.

Location was great for a family trip to Yellowstone. It's a bit out of West Yellowstone, so very quiet and less crowded, but still accessible to the park. Hotel was older and was clearly worn in places but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was awkwardly small with the door barely clearing the toliet (and no toliet lid, so dont drop anything!). Breakfast selections were good. Quite a few options and was kept filled. The staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, very welcoming. There's a nice little playground and a general store/pizza restaurant on site. Overall we felt it was a very good value for the area. Would stay there again.

Night 1:  Room had a strong musty smell and a sink leak.  they fix the leak.  Didn't fix the smell.  I complained about the smell but they didn't address it. Night 2:  They offered a room change.  They gave us a much nicer room/suite.  It was very nice.   So the experience was mixed.  The original room is an issue for any visitor because the hotel is not inexpensive.   At the price, they shouldn't have these issues.
