Had unit 101 right on the beach. Very nice complex and unit.  Grounds were very well kept.  Had one issue while there that was immediately addressed.  Enjoyed the swimming and snorkeling area.  Great location within walking distance to many restaurants.

I love love loved this condo! They have a great pool and kiddie pool. The beach is awesome for kids and snorkeling. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything but not too crowded. The swim up lazy lizard bar/restaurant is awesome and so convenient!  The food is great as well as the bar tenders are very nice! I give this place a 10+/10! We are definitely going back to stay!

Condo complex has it all!

The condo was well maintained and offered the perfect amenities for our family - the best beach on Seven Mile (this beach has a protective cove that was fabulous! Soft sand without rocks and was cleaned of seaweed each morning), a nice pool area with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, and the Lazy Lizard that served great cocktails and food!  It was a short 5 minute drive to Camana Bay for dinner options, Foster's grocery store and my morning Starbucks coffee!  We will definitely stay here again!

The best family condo!  Sunset Cover #303 - Ocean front penthouse

We stayed in unit 120 and were very pleased.  None of that 'well, it looked better in the pictures' thing. The complex is kept and not overly crowded at least in early June. Always a spot at the beach or pool.  

The beach has a little rock 'cay' of sorts that keeps the waves and sargassum out, and has a sandy beach within its confines.

The entrance to the property you had to pass a closed down hotel to get to first. The property itself was fine just passing that made it feel like a downgrade. The apt was ok not the most up to date. Dining chairs were allRipping  furniture was old. Def needs to be updated and refreshed a better color. There was some kind of construction happening in the unit below or next door that made it impossible for my child to nap. The location isGreat though You are near 7mile beach and all the Georgetown restaurants and pickup Point  for tours

We stayed in Sunset Cove #303 booked through Marriott but its also on Airbnb.  Updated condo, very nicely appointed, great view and as pictured in photos.  Sunset Cove is a well kept condo community, with a nice pool and swim up bar with surprisingly good food.  The beach area is large with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas.  Swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking are perfect in and out of the Cove.  You are at the end of 7 Mile Beach so you can't walk very far on the beach.  The surrounding area has had a lot of beach erosion - the Marriott for example right near Sunset Cove has no beach at all.  

Sunset Cove is behind the old Margaritaville Hotel which is shut down and a bit of an eyesore, but once you go past it, you will never even realize it is there.  

We bought snorkel equipment and pool noodles at the local dive shop and they were well worth the cost.  If you think ahead, bring a blow up flotation device - perfect to relax with in the water.  

We didn't rent a car.  The public bus for $2.50 per person each way is a great way to get around.  It runs up and down the main road very frequently during the day.  At night, we took taxis which were basically $15 to any restaurant on 7 Mile Beach.  

We are used to staying further down 7 Mile Beach near the Westin, where the beach is significantly nicer, with the ability to walk on the beach.  But the pros (great condo, quiet, lots of space) outweighed the cons for us.  

Quiet, Well Maintained Community

The location is perfect! The protected swimming/snorkeling area allowed us to be in the water when other areas couldn't on the few days that the water was rough. The complex is clean and quiet/private and is within walking distance to some restaurants and two grocery stores (one in either direction). My only negative would be that this unit was managed by "Cayman Condos" and the on-site rental office was NEVER open! We tried going to the office probably 10 times in the course of two days and it was always closed. (We had an issue with the washer & dryer in our unit and we could not find anyone to contact about it.) The phone number that was provided in our original correspondence from Cayman Condos was a mobile phone number but, apparently, you are not allowed to call mobile phones from the landlines in your unit on the island. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here!

Probably one of the best kept secrets on 7 Mile Beach. It's tucked away behind a shuttered hotel (as of April 2023), has a tiny sign that's very easy to miss and looks extremely uninviting when you first turn in. But after you go behind the now closed hotel (formerly Margheritaville), the gem known as Sunset Cove is absolutely incredible... it met and far exceeded my family's and my expectations! The sunsets are incredible!
