We booked this early in the year : Christmas 25 with the adult children and grandchild 3 weeks old 4 weeks before the travel date we checked the reviews no clue why but totally in shock about the bad reviews: from dirty to old cabins to whatever We called the parc and told them about the reviews and if we could still change the parc. No option but they told us :: all would be perfectly clean and otherwise we could call We went and how glad we were: from check in to the cabin: no 315 premium. It was totally clean and nice. We had our own small tree with us and all appliances were perfect for these days with a very little baby. Yes the parc is up hill but you are in the Ardennes so pretty normal and nature is beautiful there. So please do not believe all reviews , call them if you have questions instead of not going.. We were glad we went and made some new memories!
