The stay made our experience in Sikkim very memorable.  Pleasant weather, tasty food, awesome amenities, quick and accomodative service from Kavita, Gracee and Pushpak added to the comfortable and smooth stay. There is a 3 equipment gym and super awesome decor and infra for candle light dinner dates. In short, it's a go to place👍

Location is really nice and well maintained property.Staff are really friendly, special Thanks to kavita didi and Gracy didi her positive attitude made our vacation truly special.we can say stay at summit resort was the best part of our vacation.

Ambience is really good and clean. Food is delicious.The Resort staff's professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression on us. Special Thanks to Miss Kavita for her attention to every detail which exceeded our expectation. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made our vacation truly special. Outstanding Job by the Entire Team
They all had made my Entire Stay Wow with Excellent Service.  Specially Ms. Sweata helped a lot. I must say they have value for Money.

Hospitality is good. Treated in a very professional way by each and every staff specially by Ms. Sweata Dahal. Very polite, calm and prompt services, beautiful location and the whether was awesome. I will recommend this to my friends.

Sikkim welcomed me and It was an amazing stay , especially the staff there  Ms. Sweta whom I met first was amazing and made my check in very smooth and arranged everything for me .she did her best and had a wonderful experience staying in this property.

Everything was great. Staff, biswajit,  sweta,pema,bipjoi was really helpful with everything. Definitely recommended. Food was delicious. Rooms were really clean. The location was great. Also inside the hotel you can find great restaurants.

This was our first visit to summit norling resort, the stay was wonderful, we were taken a lot of care from all staffs including from reception to restaurant and all the entire staff from each and every corner. A definite go to place

The hospitality is good.Kabita was very welcoming.But the hotel is very far from MG road,the manager I felt was very arrogant with the staff.Although the entire staff was very welcoming but I felt bad the way the manager was treating them .Also the rooms need to be renovated,the bath tubs were very old and damaged.overall the amount the hotel is charging I felt is higher in comparison to the infra they had.There are much good hotels in the town who are far better than this hotel.

Average hotel.I think people should search for better options near MG road

Resort is nice.
Distance between MG mark  (Gangtok) to Resort is approx 7 km. (In Google showing 5.4.). Road condition is not good and very zig zag.
Food is nice. Breakfast is also good.
Miss Kavita ( from restaurant team) behaviour and response is excellent.
Thank you restrurent team.
Wifi is not working in Room.(room no 304) same has been updated to reception.
Room heater also not working properly in SPA room).
Mountain view is not visible from room.
Valley view is visible.
Overall experience is good.

It was nice stay for us.everything was best like(rooms,foods,service etc.)i would like to thanks GM summit norling,Sweta mam front office executive,restaurant staff specially female staff who is serving food to us.(actually I forgot her name) for their cooperative behaviour.if there is any rating above excellent I would give that for summit norling,gangtok.specially these three staffs also.

Best leisure period at summit norling,sikkim.

 I had a wonderful experience at the Tripadvisor..Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Even manager were really polite ...Will highly recommend this hotel to my known people... Thank you and I would love to visit it again !
