My husband and I stayed here with friends for 4 nights over New Year. It was perfectly situated in Antibes in a bustling square and in easy reach of bars, restaurants and cafes who served breakfasts. If you wish to self cater, the Monoprix supermarket underneath is excellent. The old town is close at hand with a wide variety of restaurants and we discovered that we could walk to Juan-les-Pins in about 25 minutes which we did on New Year's day for the fireworks.
Viviane and Christophe are both very pleasant and helpful and if anything was needed such as extra pillows or a tea towel, it was provided quickly and without problems. We were however responsible for providing loo roll once the small amount left in the room was used up.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were also plenty of lights and mirrors. The rooms are not equipped with hairdryers so I had to bring my own. We did not use the cooking facilities as we ate out but we made tea and it was great to have a full size fridge for the milk and champagne!
Our room faced the square which meant that it was a bit noisy especially early in the morning but the view was fantastic. We did not really have a problem with the noise as it was only a short stay.
There is just one issue that would stop us staying here again and that was tiny bathroom which contained toilet, bidet, basin and half bath. This made it almost impossible to move (and I am slim!) and clambering in and out of the bath to have a shower was an experience to say the least.
However it did give us a laugh and all in all we had a pleasant few days in this lovely town.

Perfectly situated

My wife and I booked a studio apartment. This was booked many months in advance. We were informed that the studio did not have a bath, but thought this would be OK for a 3 nights stay.
On arrival we found the shower and toilet were in a small area created in a single room. Total room size was small no more than 4m2. It was so small that you could not sit on the toilet. The kitchen area was again a very small area created in the single room.
There was a portable Air Con but this required the window to be left opened.
We tolerated the apartment and did agree with the manager to reduce our cost to 85 Euros per night. but this was extremely high for what was provided. More like a Camper van!
On the final night of our stay we were woken by rowdy youths running around the building playing music and causing problems. Not nice! As the property had no security or CCTV there was no controls over this. The property is not a hotel, but is not really an apartment. Other rooms may be better, but we can not comment. No idea what the fire procedures or other control were

Bad stay in Antibes

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Perl studios for a long weekend in Antibes and we could not have chosen better. The studios were perfect for what we needed - we spent a lot of time out exploring and our studio was the perfect base for our trip. The rooms are small and basic but this is exactly as advertised and what we were expecting - we didn't need anything more. The bathroom we had was very small but again, we were expecting this and it was advertised. The location is amazing - there is a large supermarket downstairs and lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The thing that really set this place apart for us was Christophe - we received a very warm welcome and nothing would have been too much trouble throughout our stay. Christophe gave us some beach towels to use when we realised we had forgotten to pack our own and stored our luggage for us on our final day so we could still go out before our evening flight home. Amazing, small, friendly studio hotel! Highly recommend!

Excellent location and fantastic owner!

Studios Perl are situated in the most perfect location in Antibes.  On your doorstep you have a great supermarket, bakery, chinese and much more.  The studio we had was small but clean and fresh.  We knew the bathroom would be very small, and it was, but this is reflected in the price.  Next time we would go for a bigger bathroom.  Bed was perfect.  There was a window to courtyard but we couldnt see much.  Christophe was the perfect host.  He supplied us with a great air conditioner - not just a fan.  He couldnt do enough for us and anything we asked for was supplied immediately.  No problem getting security deposit back either!  WiFi was very good. Towels, toiletries, tea/coffee all supplied free.  Great thing about these studies was the security in the building.  Noone would be able to get in without having the codes etc.  Great for any females travelling alone.  Loved Antibes and Studio Perl and would definately return. Thanks to Christophe for a lovely time and great customer service.

Excellent location

I couldn't have chosen a better place to be for my holiday in Antibes.The studio was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a nice,relaxing holiday.The studios are part of an impressive building which overlooks a pretty square in the centre of the town.There is a Monoprix supermarket downstairs and loads of shops and restaurants in the area.There are local bus stops outside,and it's a 10 min walk to the main bus/train station.Antibes is well connected to the main towns and villages along the coast.It's very easy to move around.
I had a studio facing the back which was very quiet.The furnishings were quite modern and it was clean and well equipped.If you want you can pay extra to have the place cleaned, but I was happy to do this on my own.
Cristophe was extremely helpful and friendly.I'm a very independent traveller so only saw him when I arrived and left.However,it was good to know that he was around if I needed help.Although it wasn't advertised,he kindly provided me with an air-conditioning unit.A "must have" during a very hot week of July.
The security door system is very good and easy to use.As a woman travelling alone it's always important to feel safe.I felt very secure here.
I really hope that I will have the chance to return to Antibes,without a doubt I'll be coming back to Studios Perls!

Great place to stay in the centre of Antibes

Christophe and Madame Perl welcomed me to their studios, they are the absolute best.

Studio Perl offers both short term (days, weeks) and long term (monthly) studio housing, I was a student and stayed long term. 

Christophe and Madame Perl were both so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Furthermore, I could tell they truly cared about their guests.

The studios are located in the heart of Antibes, so you are essentially in the city center, it is close to beaches, the train station, many buses, and old town.  

I will recommend Studio Perl as the best place to stay in Antibes to family and friends.
