it's a wonderfull place at nearly 70 meters to the beach. it's clean, the rooms are nice and the owners are wonderfull people. if you like a quiet and releaxing location for your hollyday, this is the place.

Great clean rooms minutes from the best beach on Thassos Island.
The place is newly renovated and very clean.
Maria and her family are in this business for many years.
There is a table tennis, and comfortable table and armchairs in the yard.

We stayed here last May/June and knew we would return this year for my 60th. 
This has by far (in our opinion) the best position in Golden Beach; opposite the sea with fantastic views, the quieter end of the village, near to the Arista Supermarket & the best restaurants.

The room is large with a good-sized balcony, cleaner comes in most days & changes the sheets/towels regularly. Hostess Maria is lovely & friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Sadly this is the last year the studios will be with TUI which is such a shame, but we will probably try & make our own way in the future. The price has been very reasonable and we have only ever required self-catering. 

An excellent choice all round; you won’t be disappointed! 😉

This was our third visit to Golden Beach and we chose this hotel for its location; very close to the best stretch of the beach and within a few minutes of the best array of restaurants. We were greeted by Maria on arrival who showed us to Room 11 which whilst of the usual Greek self-catering standard, was huge! We had two balconies; the one at the rear facing the mountains and the one at the front facing the sea. The room was cleaned and provided with fresh towels and linen on a regular basis (by the other Maria). The Wi-Fi was good quality and overall we had no problems at all and would recommend to beach-goers. A final bit of advice when visiting Golden Beach; don't take a trip to the local villages via your travel company; take the local 'mini-train' for 14 Euros as opposed to the 50 or 60 Thomson were going to charge us. As an added bonus you also get to visit the local donkey sanctuary.

I will not say for the fact that you don't sleep after 7.30 cause of the light that is coming in and the cleaner come at this time of the day. The quiet hour stops at 8.30 in case you dont know it. The apartments are very noisy and it is very simple for its value.. The hostess is kind but this is not enough.. surely not recommended

We arrived on a Sunday and were told as we had a single bed in our room we would need to move rooms on Wednesday as the room was needed for others. Wednesday arrived we moved to another room. Later that day the new occupants arrived - a couple with no third person - so why did we need to move! I spent the whole week living our of my suitcase, not feeling settled.  The second room needed an electrician either the plug sockets were taped up or very loose in the wall. The  kettle was dangerous, lid popping open, you needed to be there to hold it closed so it would boil. The balcony was In shade from 11am.
It is situated next to an extensive camp site opposite with a path to the beach, so not that beautiful, although surrounding mountains are beautiful.
