Lovely well set out rooms, clean with everything you would need for an overnight stop. Free convenient parking and close to bus stops to travel in and out of the city centre . I didn’t eat here but the food looked good , for those wanting more fast or convenient food there are plenty of outlets a short walk away. 

we never ate hear but stayed for a night as we were working in the area, the restaurant looked really nice and the lodges were nice an quiet, a bit quirky in that i was ill and wanted to go to bed and my wife wanted to stay up and watch tv, however the tv was upstairs on the mezzanine by the bed, so we had to compromise the bathroom and wardrobe was downstairs so was a treck during the night if you needed tho loo

Clean and comfortable 

This should no longer be advertised as a lodge or restaurant. Following a request by a relative to book up ,who had stayed there before. I went in person to make a reservation. The restaurant is no longer in use, it is full of beds . I live locally . The change is more than evident. Now, following investigations ....really,
 It is being rented by birmingham council to house emergency homeless. The new owners must be whooping with joy on the way to the bank with tax payers money. It is fake news to advertise it as suitable for a visit to birmingham.

It's a hostel now

This is not a restaurant but an Emergency b&b for homeless people placed in there by Birmingham City Council.
No WiFi 
Placed on a dual carriageway where the sound of trucks and buses passing. 
Absolutely appalling for the council to stick family's/singles with children in such a small room.
Don't let the Internet and the lack of the b&b non update fool you
To be totally honest, it's a lure to draw people in.
Why is it so expensive.

Absolutely ridiculous!

This place changed hands and the new owners told us they had been there for two months.   The restaurant has been closed and the space is being converted into additional guest bedrooms. The room was ok, but needed a good clean. The car parking was just outside the room so that was good but the rules the owners have laid down are horrendous.  No visitors at all, at any time.  Not even allowed to visit a family member to deliver shopping. She must come outside to the car park to be handed the shopping. The residents contract of conditions must be signed afresh every day of the stay. There is a very small kitchen for guests use but only during hours the owner thinks fit.  The compound is behind high gates which are locked every evening between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am.  The place had the definite feel of a concentration camp.  Would not recommend this, under the new ownership, to anyone.  It should not have any circles ticked but a circle has to be checked before the can be submitted.
