They were having a hard time being paid by Expedia

Didn’t eat the food and bed was substantial.

They had a window seat. It was nice to sit and read a book

The room was clean, quiet, staff was very friendly, very clean lobby. Good for price and comfortable.

Quick overnight stay passing thru, it was ok..

Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor.In the room there was NO television services.  Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed!  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Everything was just OK. New ownership, not filthy but not clean either.  No breakfast but good coffee.  Seems hotel is just under new management.  Still, a decent place for the 4 S's at a moderate price

Staff was friendly but always had to find them as they were never at desk. Elevator was broken. Thankfully we were on bottom floor per request. No ice buckets at all and when asked they didn't have any. Had to use bags to put ice in. Room was close to the side to outside and to stairs, heard it like a revolving door all night.  Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full fridge.

Had a hole in the wall and the water was luke warm for the shower.

Only issue we had was the TV kept having a WIFI screen to log in on appearing quite often that I had to exit out of a lot which was a such a nucense.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming… unfortunately that did not make up for the room. I didn’t expect much for the price, but the room was poorly cleaned. The carpet was not vacuumed or swept (bathroom) and the tub/shower curtain was still dirty. But it was only place in the area that allowed dogs (without a crazy pet fee) and had a EV charger close by, so we stuck it out. Thankfully it was a quick one night stop.
