One Stop Hostel Siem Reap

Really friendly staff, perfect service (laundry, breakfast, rood bar, strong wifi). No problém witr booxking bus ticket to Laos. Everywhere is clean, hot water in shower... Just perfect. Thanks a lot for this place. 

hello nice small hostel is very close to pub street !! the bed in my 4 room dorm was very comfy. it was not that busy though. And the breakfast area was nice and i had breakfast in the morning. it was quite good and cheap.. the staff was friendly. overall i had a nice 1 day stay.

During our stay in Phnom, we also stayed with One Stop Hostel and we were satisfied. The One Stop Hostel in Siem Reap did not disappoint and even exceeded our expectations. The place is clean, cozy, and location is very very convenient. It is just few steps away from PubStreet wherein all the night life in Siem is very much alive. Many bar and restos, money exchange/atm machines, convenience stores, night markets, etc. Our room is clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is clean too! They don't have bidets tho. The lounge area has a flatscreen tv where you can watch Netflix and have a nice chat with whoever sits near you. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We arrived in Siem at 7am and check in time is not until 2 pm. They let us stay in the lounge area until 12 noon wherein we had an early check in. Upon check out, they even let us leave our baggages until we pick them up before we go to the airport. They also have a rooftop area if you want to relax and see a good view of the PubStreet. We booked from Hostelworld and found out that it has 25% commission. So it's better if you book straight to One Stop Hostel. Overall, very recommendable. 💖

Rooms are large, comfortable and silent. Common areas are cozy.

The employee are friendly and ready to help you.

There's a nice small restaurant to eat small local bites.

OneStop Hostel was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Myself and 4 my  friends stayed there for two nights and within this short time the staff had gone out of their way to learn our names which just summarised how they treated their guests. They were really helpful and guided us in our stay in Siem reap. The facilities were very clean and the food was really lovely. Super affordable also which was a massive plus. Its central and they help you with transport to everywhere you need to go if you just ask.  Would recommend to anyone if they were staying in Siem Reap regardless of age. Will definitely be staying again when I go back.

Bathroom and rooms are really clean, every rooms got air con and lockers. Jessie organise khmer lesson and a family dinner which are both a really good experience. 

Staff is nice, Jessie is a bit old but she is funny sometimes. The hall is nice to meet people, you can also watch the TV to chill and Netflix with motodop Ousa. In conclusion it's a nice place to learn Rubik's cube.

I stayed here for 2 night. This is a good hostel ever. The price is very nice. Location is very close to Pub Street. Friendly and beautiful staffs😊. Toilet is clean and the room is comfortable with air-conditioner. 

From the moment I arrived in the hostel I felt welcomed. I like the way you take off your shoes when entering..it is beautiful and clean. The girls at reception were so lovely and helpful and were always available for a chat, jessy and pisay ( not sure of the spelling ) the food in the restaurant is lovely and they were sure to give me plenty of ginger tea to get rid of my cold. The mixed dorms are great, comfy beds, spotless and I had great nights sleep there. The girls helped me book the tour to the temple and pisay even gave me a lift to a restaurant on her motorbike when she was finished work. Lovely little rooftop area and location is perfect. Can not recommend this place more. Lovely easy going, friendly atmosphere. Really enjoyed my stay here. Bathrooms really nice and luxurious 😊

First of all: the people in Cambodia are so friendly and sweet in general! And this hostel fits in perfectly. I had a great time in this hostel: everything was clean, enough space for your things, nice and warm showers and a very welcoming hostel lobby. Besides that, you can make use of the swimming pools of the sister hostel Onederz (five minutes walking away) and the tours you book with them are good. But especially the staff: lovely Pisaye (if I write it correctly) is the sweetest with her interest and helpfullness and equally lovely Jessy makes you feel at home and welcome too and gives good tips on what is nicest to do. Also the other staff who I don't know by name is amazing (I could borrow a book about Angkor for example, and all other nice gestures were really appreciated too). Thank you for making this amazing stay in Cambodia even better!

They have another sister hotel, Onederz reachable by walking. I stayed here in January 2019 for a few nights, received a very warm and friendly welcome from the Reception team.
 
I stayed in a well maintained and clean 6 bed dormitory. The pillow, bed & blanket were very comfy. Individual lockers with padlock was provided. Sufficient showers and WC. A few minutes walk away from plenty of cafes, restaurants and cheap street foods. Plenty of mini marts/shops, atms, morning and night markets, and some bars. Bikes and bicycles available for rent a few units away. Chill and knowledgeable reception team can help you to organize different tours (Angkor temples, etc). In house breakfast and lunch/dinner menu available, a lot of space if you need own privacy such as relaxation room upstairs or if you want to watch movies downstairs with others. 

What I liked best is the friendly and warm staff. They make an effort to ask how was your day or brief chats despite how busy they are at the point. Appreciation to Jessy, Lucy, Jenny, 'Masterchef', Lucky, Kroem and Moul for being a friend and looked after me. Special thanks Lucy who took me out on my last night on her bike after her shift, because I shared that I wanted to try ponteakon. This is an extraordinary and hardworking team that made a difference to my stay in SR.
