I found the Stone House Setting in Sirince truely to be a paradice. Several, unique cabins are spread throughout a fenced in, working orchard. There are dogs, cats, chickens and even peacocks.... Private cabins, housing two to four guests each, have private balconies with different views of the surrounding woods. The beds are most comfortable. The rooms are furnished with different antiques. The bathroom was new, clean, complete and functional. Rest, peace and sleep are guaranteed due to the fresh air and total lack of noise.... The included breakfast was beyond belief with everything, from olives, fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, all locally grown. (A larger, more fantastical breakfast I have not seen in my 80+ years of traveling!) The owner family all speak English. They went out of their way to help us. They even took two of their own cars to drive our group of 7 to a nearby restaurant (after they had made the reservations for us). My only regret is that I had scheduled only one day at this "resort." While most of the local village can be seen within one day, the surrounding, nearby sites (including Ephasus and Kusadasi) are worth s minimum stay of 3 or more overnights. Or if you're young and fit, choose to stay here for days of hiking and relaxation.
