Starting from April 1, 2024, a resort fee will be introduced in St. Petersburg: a payment that is charged to every guest over the age of 18. The resort fee is charged at the time of check-in if you stay at the hotel for more than one day. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from paying the fee in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of St. Petersburg No. 419-81 of 06/29/2023. If guests have a benefit, they must have the original of the supporting document with you or a duly certified copy of it.

An extra bed is paid at a rate of 35% of the cost of a double room at the standard rate per day.

Breakfast cost: RUB 350.00 (01.01.-09.04.23; 16.10.-31.12.23) and RUB 600.00 (10.04.-15.10.23).

Children under 6 stay free of charge in free beds with breakfast supplement, or at the price of an extra bed for an adult when staying on an extra bed.

Children from 7 to 11 years old are charged the price of an extra bed for an adult.

Free luggage storage is available.

The cost of visa support: RUB 1200.00 per person.

After making a reservation at a rate payable at the hotel, the hotel will charge a deposit equal to the cost of 1 night to guarantee check-in. If the guest cancels the reservation during the free period, the deposit will be charged as a penalty. If the reservation is lived, then the funds are included in the payment for the stay, or returned to the guest if he wants to pay in another way. For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, the conditions of the free cancellation and prepayment policy are subject to change.

Small breed dogs (up to 15 kg, up to 35 cm at the withers) are allowed in a standard room. Accommodation with other types of animals is only allowed upon agreement with the hotel management.

In case guests are not citizens of the Russian Federation, they will be required to pay a migration registration fee of RUB 250.00 per person for the entire stay.
