I stayed 2 nights at Soni's. Adequate 4 people bungalows with a safebox per person.
The position is convenient, close to Ubud centre.
What makes it special is Soni's cheerful hospitality. 
He also personally offers really nice motorbike tours. However, unlike others in the area, he's not pushy about them. I did the one for major attractions north of Ubud (rice terraces, couple of temples, view of the vulcano) which ended with a tasteful visit to a local plantation offering degustation of balinese teas, cocoa, and luwak coffee (poop coffee). Would recommend

Convenient place. Service makes it shine

I stayed for 3 nights, really like everything about this accommodation.

The only thing I could suggest maybe they want to consider about cashless payment method.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience to stay with Soni guest house :)

I stayed in the private villa and it was definitely one of the best accommodations i have stayed in. The room and bathroom are nice and big. Wayan was very helpful throughout my stay, helped me book tours and taxis. He was always available for everything. The private veranda is great to relax. It even comes with a hammock. You can even have your breakfast in that area. The bed is comfortable and even had a mosquito net, which I didn’t need as much. They even provide free water refills and tea and coffee. The location is great to walk around in Ubud. There are quite a few ants but I don’t think that can be helped considering the location. The bathroom is a bit old style. Breakfast was just adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa in a great location

One of the best dorm experiences I've had since coming to Asia 4 months ago. The room's are pretty clean, the bed is comfortable, the wifi is good, and the host is incredible. 

I woke up at 630am, and Soni was very happy to cook breakfast (included) for me early. Unfortunately, I had been struggling with an eye infection for almost two weeks, and that morning the pain became too much.When I asked Soni where the doctor was, he said, "wait here I will drive you." Got his motorbike and drove me to two offices till' we found one that could help; he waited for me, and drove me back. They made me an extra breakfast, and he wouldn't take any money for all of his help. 

From my experience in Bali, many people forget about hospitality; they are more concerned about their bottom line. It's very refreshing to find these little gems, in which the owners are truly invested in giving their guests a good experience.

A little gem in the heart of the action!

I loved Soni’s! They are small cabins with bunk beds. Each one has a little lamp, plugs and curtain. The bathroom is huge with cupboards and hot water. In front of each cabin there is a living area with sofa, chairs, hammock. All surrounded by tropical plants and the sound of birds. You can’t hear the street noise because it is down an alley. That is the only problem, I almost didn’t find it. It could d with a bigger sign on the main road.  The ladies were super nice and sweet. Breakfast is included and it is prepared with so much love and care it is even better. There is always coffee, tea and water available. And UBUD itself is spectacular. I want to come back.

Cheap, central, clean, pretty and lovely staff !

Obviously, perfect central location whith every thing around and only two hundred meters from ''Yoga barn''.

Pretty bungalow always clean with fan and air conditioning . 

And the most important thing you will love is the Soni's staff !
There are so lovely and helpfully.
