Very comfortable and Exelent hotel in addis ababa

Sidama inn we stay for 1week   I really enjoyed our stay here well situated close to the airport with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel it’s self has good Wifi and  good Restourant with Delicious foods . The rooms are large and modern. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming specially front office team they are very accommodating. I would certainly recommend a stay here for a Long stay visit in Addis Abeba

Cozy ,Neatly , Coolest Inn Hotel in Addis Abeba

I stayed in the Sidama Inn for 12 days earlier this year and it was definitely the icing on top of a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, airy and impeccably clean, and they also came with a kitchenette. Breakfast was really good, there was a great selection on offer including food made to order(the scrambled egg was exquisite). The staff were brilliant and really friendly, any questions we had about Addis or Ethiopia in general (first time visiting) were answered promptly and it definitely helped us out with the recommendations that they gave us. The wifi was also great. Next time I return to Ethiopia I will definitely stay in Sidama Inn and would recommend it to all travelers without any hesitation.

I stayed in Sidama Inn for 10 days in March 2019 and my time spent in the hotel was a highlight of the trip.

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful and could not have done more to make us feel welcome, it truly felt like a home away from home. The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful and elegant, the entrance doors are stunning works of art which lead to a foyer with high ceilings where the walls were adorned with huge paintings by local artists. The foyer had an inviting and welcoming ambiance, with couches to relax on and several bookshelves from which to borrow a variety of books. The staff were always on hand and happy to give advice about where to go and how to get there. The rooms were very large, spacious, clean and comfortable - I slept incredibly well throughout my stay here. There was ample room to relax and the room included a couch, a table and chairs, a full kitchenette, coffee table, a large wardrobe, and a large balcony. The continental breakfast we had each morning was delicious and plentiful and always served with a smile! My favourite part was having different fresh fruit each morning with yogurt, though the scrambled eggs with Ethiopian spices were always excellent. And of course, the coffee. It was such a joy to stay here, the worst part was having to leave. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a memorable one! I look forward to returning again.

Beautiful Hotel & Amazing Staff!! Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in Sidama Inn at Atlas Square for a week in June and absolutely loved it. The staff are wonderful, always on hand to help and offer advice on places to go and things to do in Ethiopia. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. Breakfast is simple but fresh and well cooked. The reception area has great examples of art by local artists, adding a nice touch to the place. Would have no hasitation in recommending Sidama Inn to anyone traveling to Addis.

Great Hotel. Wonderful staff.

The condition of the whole thing is bad,  There is no light power based on the country situation but they don’t have even the generator!!! Only sidama lodge don’t have generator in the country!!! Do not pay first for your whole reservation, they won’t return your money back... they are sucks!!!!  Overall a horrible experience for 2weeks.

Sidama lodge is the worest hotel in Addis Ababa

I came to Ethiopia for a short bussines trip For about a week  everything was goes as I plans  after my bussines meeting I’m planing to visit Ethiopia as the country is full of historical places but I can’t for sure in my next trip thank you for the sidama loge manager  a butifull lady fikerte  she is approachable  and professional   She explained very well about the attraction in Addis Abeba and beyond  during my stay   Fikert  she was there for me for all my inquiries. Great hotel excellent services wonderful front desk staff  very clean and net rooms overall thank you for my memorable stay Definitely  I will be back and recommend soda inn  great place to stay

A WELCOMED & AMAZING BEAUTIFUL STAFF 

I stayed at Sidama Inn since oct 2016 until apr 2017 doing a consultancy. My experience at Sidama Inn was superb... all staff very kind, always eager to help. Comfortable rooms, equipped with kitchenette, clean, hot water, etc. Nice balcony, view to Bole rd and Atlas area crossing. Excellent location with everything at walking distance. The owner always trying to help. Breakfast buffet type  included. I called home away from home. Internet and cable tv somewhat limited but most of the time due to local conditions and not due to hotel defficiency. So glad to have stayed there.

Excellent experience and attention

Staff is seemingly un-aware of proper checking in and out at this location. I literally had issues from day 1 until the moment I left. It got so bad that I spoke for an hour plus with owner. Only to still have issues afterwords. The guards at night speak 5% English. Which does not help when your coming in after nights out. If you have a woman guest who isn't a low life they will do a great job at making them feel as such. The rules of this location shift depending on who is working. Staff is totally untrained on deal with many simple things for example one staff says you can pay Friday then the other staff calls your room badgering you for payment then says the other staff was wrong only to still allow you to pay on Friday. Very sad that its 2018 and a local place is everything that describes a disaster.  I plan on calling booking.com and everywhere this place is listed to acknowledge my uneventful stay. Oh and the taxis that hang out in front of this place will try to rip you off daily yes daily the establishment should really protect the guests sad.

Terrible over-all experience.

Near several restaurants and not far from a famous supper-club type buffet and dance show restaurant.  Fine facilities, nice staff. My room had a kitchenette and a nice window.  For the middle of the city, this was a quiet property.  Addis is a very busy city.
