The check in was fast enough, and when I encountered a problem (the refrigerator in assigned room was not quite working) I was promptly transferred to a different unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location near the metro and many shops.
What was bad
The railway line is nearby as well as a busy road, so it may be a little bit difficult to sleep in the early parts of the evening, but it does get quiet later.

It has great localization, what makes that it is very easy get to the centre - metro station is not so far, there is also train station across the street from hotel and bus stop on the corner.
