My wife and I just wrapped up a wonderful week (May 20–27) and couldn’t leave without sharing our experience. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and warm. A special shoutout to the people who made our stay truly personal: Latifa at check-in set the tone with a wonderful welcome; Khaled El Sayyed (Desk Manager) was always on top of things; Eslam at the restaurant made us feel like old friends every single meal; Ahmed Khaled (our waiter) was consistently attentive and never missed a beat; Abdullah at the pool kept the good vibes going; and Hema Adel at the gym — he pushed us to actually stay on our fitness routine, which we genuinely appreciated! The resort itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the overall atmosphere is just right. Honestly, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back! 🌊☀️
