We stayed one night at Shanghai Mansion as a family of three, and it was the loveliest experience we’ve had in Bangkok. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a cozy, peaceful vibe—such a contrast to the busy streets of Chinatown just outside. Our room (B504) was spacious and super comfortable, with a fantastic bed and perfect water pressure and temperature. Dinner at Red Rose was amazing—great live music, a happy atmosphere, and the wasabi shrimp with watermelon is a must-try! Despite the lively vibe downstairs, our room was completely quiet and we slept soundly. Huge thanks to the Red Rose staff for their warm service and smiles, and a special shoutout to Mr. Ben, the general manager, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful teddy bear gift from the hotel for our son—he absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet calm stay in Bangkok, close to everything, we highly recommend Shanghai Mansion.
