حابب أوجّه شكر كبير لفندق شمس سفاجا على تجربة من أروع ما يكون. قضينا وقت جميل جدًا هناك، وكل حاجة كانت فوق التوقعات. أكتر حاجة عجبتنا كانت معاملة طاقم الريسيبشن والمطعم، ناس محترمة جدًا وذوق وبيساعدوا من قلبهم. دايمًا مبتسمين وبيحاولوا يلبّوا أي طلب بسرعة وبكل ترحيب. وبصراحة، لفت نظرنا أمانة الناس هناك وتعاونهم، سواء في الريسيبشن أو باقي العاملين، وده بيخلي الواحد حاسس بالراحة والثقة طول الوقت. الأكل كان متنوع وطعمه حلو جدًا، والخدمة كانت ممتازة، سواء في المطعم أو في باقي الفندق. كمان المكان نضيف جدًا، والموقع على البحر تحفة. بجد بشكر كل فرد في الفندق على المجهود والروح الحلوة، وإن شاء الله ليّا زيارة تانية قريب. ⸻ 🇬🇧 In English (Egyptian-inspired tone): I’d like to send a big thank you to Shams Safaga Hotel for such a wonderful experience. We had a really great time, and everything exceeded our expectations. What we loved most was the attitude of the reception and restaurant staff – incredibly polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Always smiling and quick to meet any request with warmth. We were especially impressed by the honesty and cooperation of the staff – both at reception and throughout the hotel – which made us feel comfortable and secure during our whole stay. The food was tasty and varied, and the service was excellent both in the restaurant and around the hotel. The place was very clean, and the beachfront location is just stunning. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel for the effort and positive spirit. God willing, we’ll be back again soon.
