This is a nice place to sleep. The location is close enough to everything and still just outside of the noisy downtown area. We had a bit of bad luck with our neighbours but the hotel itself is very good. The staff is very friendly and they have a convenient little shop downstairs. Good beds, nice hot showers, tv, fridge and breakfast available. Close to public transport and only 5rm cab to downtown if you need it.
