We spent a wonderful evening and night in Setnes Feriensenter. We rented a Cottage for our family. They seems to be brand new. Very well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. We had a Cottage with a direct view on the fjord. They might need a proper table and chairs to eat inside in case of very bad weather.

We just booked the place in order to find something close after visiting the Trollstigen area and we were really surprised. The little apartments for the family are comfortable, warm, clean and fully useful. In addition, the ladies in charge of the accommodation are very nice, open to help and recommend whatever in this area and easy to handle any detail. We were feeling at home, and if we came back to this wonderful area, for sure we will repeat!!!!

I was in a group of 11 people who stayed at Setnes Feriesenter while on a team building trip. The rooms were comfortable, while basic, and the service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. This place is conveniently located in walking distance from the center of Åndalsnes, and is great value for money. I would definitely stay there again. 

Great location near grocery stores and walkable distance from train and trailhead; cozy, clean, and well furnished rooms, full kitchen, and large welcoming lobby with coffee and home baked treats. We LOVED the staff- Mette and her mother Ildri were kind, helpful with planning hiking day trips, and wonderful cooks. We enjoyed getting to meet them and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back!
