A really warm welcome from all the staff when we arrived from Seoul. Check in was easy with the help of an English speaking staff member who was very personable. We expected a really tiny room but by Tokyo standards it was alright- there was space around the bed- shower was a good size and room had a fridge, water and toiletries. We asked for an iron and there were laundry facilities though we didn't use them. The hotel is right next to Suidobashi station. The noise did not bother us at all, it was hugely convenient to be next door to the station so we could avoid walking in the heat! Breakfast was included and thoroughly delicious especially the salad. Rooms were cleaned every two days. The staff were so sweet and polite. I would absolutely return here on my next trip to Tokyo.
